Detail, complex composition, and linear elements of Linday?s works provide a multifaceted visual experience. Each of Lindsay?s paintings begins with a thick application of gesso on the canvas. Lindsay artistically composes paint glazes on top of the canvas to create depth and multiple focal points which draw the viewer into a realm of abstract consciousness. Lindsay?s paintings, prints, and sculptures have been exhibited throughout both the American Easter and Midwest states from the late 1970?s.
