Dark Horse is having a helluva good time teaming up with some of today's finest lowbrow/alternative artists to create a collection of super-cool snail mail stationery sets. Think outside the (e-mail) box as you let your friends know that you care enough to send the very hippest! Shag is a product of the sprawling suburbs of Los Angeles, California. He's intrigued with the commercial art and advertising of the '50s and '60s and strives for a tight, clean appearance to his work. Though he considers himself more an illustrator than a "fine artist," galleries in the US, Europe, Australia, and Japan have hosted solo exhibitions of his art. Shag's recent ventures in merchandising and prints have been equally successful.
